Following the successful delivery of Ernst & Young’s offices in Dubai and Doha, AAID was appointed to design EY’s Regional Headquarters in Riyadh, located within King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) Parcel 1.11. Spanning two towers, with the Small Tower dedicated entirely to premium client-facing functions, the project delivers a future-forward, hybrid workplace aligned with EY’s global workplace strategy—supporting flexibility, wellbeing, inclusivity, and digital integration.

Phase 01 establishes a refined client experience through executive offices, meeting suites, training spaces, and reception areas, where soft architectural curves, clean lines, and tactile materials subtly reference Riyadh’s evolving urban fabric and Saudi Arabia’s cultural transition.

Phase 02 introduces EY wavespace on Level 7, a fully immersive, technology-enabled innovation floor designed to bring together business, technology, and design through interactive and flexible environments. Delivered through a phased programme requiring close coordination with KAFD and EY’s global stakeholders, the completed project reflects a balance of heritage and modernity—creating a cohesive, premium workplace that embodies EY’s regional ambition and the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
