he Bain & Company Riyadh office, designed by AAID, embodies a strategic fusion of cultural resonance, innovation, and workplace agility. This project transforms a traditional corporate workspace into a dynamic environment that reflects Bain’s global identity while celebrating the local Saudi context.

At its core, the design supports flexibility and collaboration, offering a spectrum of work settings that empower hybrid work — from focused touchdown zones to expansive team huddle and social spaces. Spatial organization promotes intuitive wayfinding and fluid movement, encouraging spontaneous interaction across teams and functions.

Materiality and finishes were selected to strike a balance between elegance and durability — rich textures and refined palettes create an elevated atmosphere, while thoughtful detailing ensures longevity and adaptability. Natural light, biophilic accents, and integrated technology enhance occupant comfort and well-being throughout the workplace.

Sustainability was embedded into the design ethos, contributing to the office’s pursuit of LEED Gold certification. The result is a workplace that not only supports Bain’s operational needs but also reinforces its commitment to environmental responsibility and employee experience.
