Natasha Maphorisa

As  Associate Studio Director at AAID, Natasha is a strategic leader with an  international design perspective shaped by her experience across Hong Kong  and Dubai. With a strong foundation in architectural design, she combines  creative thinking and attention to detail with a strategic understanding of  clients, markets and the commercial realities of delivering ambitious  projects.

Her role spans across design leadership, client relationships and  studio operations, connecting people, process and project ambition to drive  design quality and successful delivery. Known for her considered and  collaborative leadership style, Natasha helps nurture AAID’s studio culture,  empowering teams while championing thoughtful, refined work for clients  across the UAE and wider region.
