Grace de Rama

Grace is a Bid Coordinator and Document Control professional with experience across the GCC, primarily within the consultancy, engineering and construction sectors. Building on a strong foundation in document control and project coordination, she has progressed into bid coordination, broadening her expertise across tender submissions, prequalifications and technical documentation. Her career progression reflects a natural evolution into the commercial and pre-contract side of the industry, supported by strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a thorough understanding of project processes.

Outside of work, Grace is a devoted dog mom to her three fur babies and enjoys travelling, spending time outdoors and discovering new places to eat.
