Stuart Allen Appointed on Index KSA Panel

Stuart Allen, Founder and Managing Director of AAID, participated in a panel discussion at this year’s Index KSA titled "Saudi Talent: Nurturing the Designers of Tomorrow."

The talk focused on the vital importance of supporting local talent and raising awareness within the design industry to guide the next generation of designers. The discussion highlighted the need to provide resources, education, and opportunities for local designers, fostering creativity and growth within the design sector. Attendees explored strategies to assist emerging talent, strengthen the local design community, and align with global design standards.

With over a decade of experience in the region, Stuart has successfully mentored many employees, guiding them from junior to senior designer roles. During the panel, he shared insights on mentorship, reflected on his own journey as a junior designer, and discussed how to best support rising talents in the industry.
