We are proud to share that Saudi Projects recently featured our Associate, Regina Mathew, in their Women in Construction series - recognising her as a leading designer in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Over a Decade of Dedication
Regina has been an integral part of AAID for over 13 years. Starting her journey as an intern in 2012, she has grown into a respected Associate, shaping some of the region’s most high-profile and innovative design projects.
Driving Impact in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Her work in KSA has been particularly influential. Regina has led the design of offices for prestigious global clients such as Bain & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Norton Rose Fulbright, and the Ministry of Tourism HQ. Beyond corporate workplaces, her collaboration with Qiddiya and Seven further showcases her ability to navigate the Kingdom’s fast-evolving design landscape.
Meticulous and Bespoke Approach
Renowned for her meticulous attention to detail and thoughtful material selections, Regina ensures hands-on involvement at every stage of a project—from concept to completion. Her creativity and bold use of materials set her apart, bringing unexpected elements together to form spaces that are unique, original, and never “cookie-cutter.” Every project tells its own story.
Designing for Well-being and Performance
Through her work, Regina has helped international firms establish meaningful footprints in the Kingdom, creating environments that foster well-being, collaboration, and performance. Her contribution continues to play a pivotal role in shaping design excellence across Saudi Arabia.
We are proud to see Regina’s achievements celebrated by Saudi Projects and look forward to the many more milestones ahead.
