AAID Attends the 17th Real Estate Development Summit – Saudi Arabia | Europe Edition

AAID was proud to attend the 17th Real Estate Development Summit – Saudi Arabia | Europe Edition, held from the 25th to the 26th of June in the vibrant city of Lisbon. Representing the studio were our Founder & Managing Director, Stuart Allen, and Associate – Client Experience & Business Development, Siobhan Liddle.

Hosted by GBB Venture, the summit brought together key decision-makers and industry leaders from across the real estate and construction ecosystem, all with a shared focus on the development of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The two-day event was packed with insightful panel discussions, productive meetings, and meaningful conversations around the future of development in the Kingdom. It provided a valuable platform for AAID to connect with new developers, clients, and suppliers who are actively contributing to the region’s rapid transformation.

Highlights from the summit included:

- One-on-one meetings with developers and partners working across Saudi Arabia
- A sunset gala dinner at Arriba by the Sea, offering a relaxed setting to network and celebrate the week’s successes
- An intimate evening at the exclusive JNcQUOI Private Member’s Club
- Exploring Lisbon and building relationships with industry peers

The summit reinforced AAID’s ongoing commitment to the Saudi market, where we continue to support ambitious projects that drive innovation, design excellence, and regional growth.
